Plato scientific mission preparations continuing in the Czech Republic

The PLATO mission of the European Space Agency, whose goal is to discover and explore Earth-like planets outside our solar system, the so-called exoplanets, is entering to the next phase of development. SAB Aerospace (company from Brno, Czech Republic) managed to meet the required vibration tests for transport containers, which will protect extremely sensitive cameras during their journey into space. In addition, these days the company is sending one of the transport containers to Florence, where it will be equipped with a camera and transported to Belgium for testing.
