For the monitoring of the sky we use a fish eye camera. We share it together with astronomers observing in the adjacent small dome (8meter dome of the 65cm telescope of the Interplanetary Matter Department) where the camera is installed.
The camera has variable exposure times (from seconds typically to 120s) depending on the darkness of the sky (twilight, full moon etc.)
